How did your health fare during Thanksgiving?

Did you wake up today feeling refreshed from the holiday or do you feel sluggish, tired, full, and like you have to spend 2 hours at the gym to work off all the food you ate? If it’s the latter, then you should sign up for my December Challenge Group!

With the holidays in full swing and events you will be attending where you don’t have much control over the menu it’s hard to eat clean the whole time and with my challenge you are not expected to. I work with clients to help them let go of the guilt of indulging and develop a new perspective about how they approach nutrition. Research says it takes 21 days for something to become habitual. In the month you work with me, we help those habits become a lifestyle where are more comfortable with your decisions.

There is no diet pill you can take that will change your approach to food. You should not have to kill yourself at the gym in order to burn calories for food you eat. It’s just food, you need to eat it to live, you should be able to enjoy your meals and learn how to cook and prepare nutritious meals that are satisfying and help you reach your goals.
